Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging
- All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item – Once approved, carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
- Ship your return – You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label for returns (customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges).
- Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Information
For returns:
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label (cost will be deducted from your refund)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For exchanges:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours
Exchange Information
If you need to exchange an item:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Exchange items are subject to availability
- If the item you want is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the item is less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
